We stayed here on a business trip a week ago. Great stay. The room and property were extremely clean. We had after hours check-in that went smoothly. No complaints. I will definitely book here again. It's probably the best hotel in the area.

room is new, large, clean, beds, kitchen, two king beds ( nice bedding) ? sleeper sofa, nice bathroom, hair dryer. plenty of sockets and usb ports near tnear the bed. all good with starter dishwasher soap and coffee stuff. cons are, at odd times of the day you have to let the hot water run for up to 15 minutes before it's warm enoough to shower. no elevator..problem for those with heavy luggage or elderly or handicapped. no front desk after 7 pm and even before seven you may have to make a phone call to get someone to get the desk to check you in . lastly no ice machine, but there are trays for the freezer if you you're not in a rush.

Incredible place to stay! Very friendly staff who were super helpful. As a woman staying alone I also felt very safe as the doors were in an enclosed courtyard only accessible by key card. They are also cashless which was amazing from doing laundry! Not having to carry a ton of quarters was a game changer for sure. Would definitely stay here again if I'm in the area.

We stayed here to go to a concert and it was so nice, safe and spacious! Mary and Brooke were so amazing and friendly! It was nice to receive great customer service again! The rooms are extremely clean and the property is safe. Thank you for making are stay enjoyable! I highly recommend this property!

We were pleasantly surprised upon arrival with the exterior. Customer Service was top notch (unfortunately I forgot to get his name), and the rooms were spotless and I do mean spotless. The rooms are very very spacious. Strongly suggest to stay here. Look at this peaceful garden right in the center

I have been coming here for years and brought my friend with me. They do not have carts like regular hotels they do not sit behind the desk like a regular hotel but they are very clean and they're very comfortable and they're very reasonable. If you need help in any way or form they are more than willing to help you. I stayed in the one in LaGrange Georgia David helped us both times and so did Carl very good service and David even helped load the car! We are both in our 60s and '70s and it was our first trip together and they actually listen to what you say. I called to get their names again and Carl actually asked if we made it okay. David asked yesterday how was our trip to Callaway Gardens? He took my advice and he made notes. That hotel I've been going to since it was built and they had terrible Carpenters and had to rehire another company but he listened to me when I said the plugs are still loose and it's terrible they don't have the gas stoves going it's been years and it would be nice to sit outside with the fireplace and the Grill. Told them the bolt lock did not work on the door. And they must inform people when they go there that the blinds have a button because I couldn't figure out how to close them. My room was extremely clean and the hotel is close to restaurants and 85. I also received a upscale welcome amenity which was not expected. The General Manager checked me in. He was extremely helpful and kind. The Assistant General Manager serviced my room and she did a great job. David at the front desk is a fun guy and made me feel at home. The only downside is there are a lot of construction workers and they can be pretty loud really early in the morning when they leave. The also leave behind a lot of red dirt that I noticed the staff fighting with daily. I also overheard the GM pretty late at night asking them to quiet down in consideration of other guests. I can tell a lot of effort and love go into this hotel. I felt like there was always someone there to make sure the property was safe and to take care of anything I needed. I have work starting in the Lagrange area soon and plan on making this my home along with bringing my wife.

Went here because the GM is listed with the county as a notary. He notarized my documents for free. We had never heard of this brand and ended up staying for 3 nights. The rooms and property are extremely clean. They also have full size appliances and dishwasher. It was also quiet which is important for me. If we ever have another home emergency this will be our go to hotel.
